| This Contributions Batch Details Report sample reveals
the level of detail that can be accomodated. Contributions are recorded in batches. Each batch consists of checks, cash, and any other types of transactions. Each transaction is tied to a specific Account. Gifts of materials or property can also be recorded as Non-Monetary contributions. The feature provides for recording of loose cash making it is easy to balance to the Bank Deposit slip. Summary totals by transaction type and Account assist in reconciling and auditing. |
