| Our Contributions Entry Example demonstrates how fast
and easy it is to enter checks and other transactions. In the window on the left you can scroll through the members list either by name or envelope number. With two clicks, you are ready to enter the check number and amount in the window on the right. Then, we make it easy to distribute the total amount entered to the various accounts you have set up. The system helps you match the amount entered with the distribution totals and won't let you create an out of balance situation. Anonymous gifts and loose cash can be entered as well as non-monetary gifts. If the person you are processing is not on file you can click the New Contributor button and quickly add their name and address to the database. |
