Our Record Filtering feature gives you the power to create customized reports that include just the records you need without making you learn complex database query commands. You choose the records based on nearly any combination of data elements that are meaningful to the task. The program generates the complex database query to give you the results you need.

In the example above, we have pressed the More Selection Criteria Button which opened this panel. As you can see, you can choose to combine all of the data elements in a straight forward way. For Example you could choose to list only persons who are Members, Female, in school Grades 9-12 and have a Birthday in March.
