The Groups and Events feature can be set up to assist churches
in managing Assimilation. An example of a Group Roster Report is
shown above. The church in this example has set up a Group called Assimilation:
Visitors. People who visit the church are added to this group. The group
leader(s) are then able to track and follow-up with the group members
using what ever process is suitable for their church.
The Group feature allows for customized data fields for each group.
In the example above this group has be set up to allow for a Ministry
Interests, Church Background, Hobbies and Gits, Call Notes text fields
as well as a 1st Call and 2nd Call Dates.
